Lis Wihl (born on 19 August 1961) was an American writer and lawyer who worked at Fox News.
Her previous position was as assistant professor of Law at the University of Washington Law School. She has offered legal commentary on the National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio show, The Radio Factor. She has a regular appearance presenter on The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl was born and raised in Yakima she attended West Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's degree from Barnard College in 1983, a Master of Arts in Literature from the University of Queensland in 1985 and then an Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl worked as an attorney at the US Attorney's Office. She also worked as a NPR legal reporter. She was "the assistant chief investigator of Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the time of Clinton's Impeachment." Her time at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle began in 1995 through 2001. She ran their Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as a Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 until 2017.
